Porting Numbers Away from PhoneWagon

If there is ever a reason that you would like to port your tracked numbers away from PhoneWagon (we really hope there isn't!), then the steps to do so are very easy.

 

To Port a Number out of PhoneWagon please complete the steps below:

  1. Submit a request to support@phonewagon.com
    • This is for us to authorize the port - in the email please include a list of the numbers that you are wanting to port away so we have a record.
  2. Contact your new provider
    • They will ultimately initiate the porting process.
  3. PhoneWagon will get a notification from your new provider
    • Your new provider will ask us to approve the port, which we will do as long as we've received your request from Step 1!
