If jQuery is already loaded on your website (i.e., if you're using sliders, shopping cart buttons, scrolling images, etc.) then most likely the jQuery setting in PhoneWagon will interfere with the one that's already loaded on your website. The reason behind this is that it's trying to load it twice, which breaks the previous elements that were using jQuery. Luckily, this is an easy fix! In PhoneWagon, we created the ability to turn jQuery on/off.
To turn jQuery on or off in PhoneWagon is very simple. The screen shots below will guide you through.
Step 1: Go to "My Numbers" & select the "Campaign" (this only works for dynamic phone numbers)
Step 2: Click on the "Configure" tab
Step 3: Click on "Advanced Options" at the bottom of the "Configure" number tab
Step 4: Toggle jQuery On (green) or Off (grey) and click "Save Changes"
