Set Up Email Alerts & Summaries

Alerts and Summaries are PhoneWagon functions that allow users to get statistical data regarding calls to different companies sent directly to their email. This feature allows for a hassle-free way to be up-to-date with incoming phone calls at any time.

  • Alerts - Email Alerts allow us to send alerts (notifications) to a specific list of users for all calls from specific campaigns. Alerts will be sent to users’ emails after every new call (except Abandoned) to the campaigns that are selected in the list. Click the "Email Alerts" radio button if you wish to set up email alerts to specific list of users.
  • Summaries - Email Summaries allow us to send Daily, Weekly, and/ or Monthly call activity reports to specific list of users.

 

Step 1: Select Company

On the PhoneWagon Home Page, select a company for which you are going to set up notifications for.

Step 2: Navigate to "Notification" settings

Go to "Company Settings" on the left side bar, then click the "Notifications" tab. Here, you will see the option for both Email Summaries and Email Alerts.

Step 3: Email Summaries

If you are planning on emailing summaries to a list of users (or single user), click email summaries radio button and select the appropriate number of recipients.

Email Summaries allow us to send Daily, Weekly, and/ or Monthly call activity reports to specific list of users.

Step 4: Select Types of Summaries to Send

  1. Daily - reports are sent every day.
  2. Weekly - reports are sent every Monday of new week.
  3. Monthly - reports are sent every first day of the month.

Note: It is possible to send all types of reports (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) to a single user at once.

Step 5: Select User(s) to Receive Call Activity Email Summaries

Click on the Drop Box to select the user(s) that should be receiving the email alerts.

Step 6: Save

Click the "Save" button to apply your new rule of sending email summaries to users.

Note: 

  1. It is possible to add as many rules as you would like - click “+ Schedule another summary” to add new rule.
  2. It is possible to remove a rule at anytime - click “x” to remove the rule, and save changes via clicking “Save” button.

Select campaigns in the second drop down box - this calls to which will be alerted to users’ emails.

Step 6: Save

Click the "Save" button to apply your new rule of sending email summaries to users.

Note:

Now your companies users will be informed about new calls to your campaigns, and have email alerts / summaries sent directly to them!
