How to Review Reports

This PhoneWagon feature includes reports that are automatically generated based on your incoming calls for a specific company. This guide will take you through the different filtering options available for reports in order to assure that you are looking at the key pieces of information you wish to analyze. Bright charts and graphs allow you to analyze information quickly and without any difficulties. Check out the guide below to start building your own, customized report in PhoneWagon!

 

Step 1: On the PhoneWagon homepage, select a company for which you are going to review Reports for.

 

Step 2: Go to Reports → Call Details → Campaigns

Call details section helps users to answer the questions:

  1. How many calls have been received for a selected period of time?
  2. How many Lead calls (marked with a tag “Lead”)  have been received for a selected period of time?
  3. What is % value of Lead calls in relation to total number of calls?
  4. How many calls have been marked with a special custom tag?

Step 3: Select Filter

Today - all calls activity for today
Yesterday
 - all call activity for yesterday
Last 7 Days
 - all call activity for last 7 days
Last 30 Days
 - all call activity for last 30 days
This Month
 - all call activity for this month
Last Month
 - all call activity for Last Month
Custom Range
 - call activity for any date range you select in the calendar

Note: It is possible to Print Campaigns report according to a selected filter

Step 4: Customize Display

Use the Table Settings button to choose which filters you would like applied to your data table.

 

Step 5: Go to Reports → Call Details → Dynamic Pool

Dynamic pool section provides information about dynamic numbers, and helps users to answer the questions below:

  1. How many calls with a specific source have been received for a selected period of time?
  2. How many Lead calls (marked with a tag “Lead”) with a specific source have been received for selected period of time?
  3. What is % value of Lead calls with a specific source in relation to totals number of calls to dynamic numbers?

Step 6: Select Filter

Today - all calls activity for today
Yesterday
 - all call activity for yesterday
Last 7 Days
 - all call activity for last 7 days
Last 30 Days
 - all call activity for last 30 days
This Month
 - all call activity for this month
Last Month
 - all call activity for Last Month
Custom Range
 - call activity for any date range you select in the calendar

 

Note: It is possible to Print Dynamic Poll report according to a selected filter

Step 7: Choosing Tags

Use the table settings to display only those tags that you are interested in.

Step 8: Go to Reports → Call Status

The call status section allows users to investigate call activity according to the calls statutes and helps to answer the questions:

  1. How many No-answer calls have been received by my campaigns for a selected period of time?
  2. How many Completed calls have been received by my campaigns for a selected period of time?
  3. How many Abandoned calls have been received by my campaigns for a selected period of time?

Step 9:  Select Filter

Today - all calls activity for today
Yesterday
 - all call activity for yesterday
Last 7 Days
 - all call activity for last 7 days
Last 30 Days
 - all call activity for last 30 days
This Month
 - all call activity for this month
Last Month
 - all call activity for Last Month
Custom Range
 - call activity for any date range you select in the calendar

 

Note: It is possible to Print Call Status report according to a selected filter.
