PhoneWagon now can offer Outbound calling from our Mobile App! To use this new feature you must have the seat feature turned on in billing and your usernames Seat turned on as well!

  1. To start, turn on the seat for the user you want to use. Click users on the left, then toggle on the seat for that user!

2. Click Account in the bottom left corner, then calling preference.

3. Select forward calls to my Phone (Don't worry if you have different routing set up this does not effect the routing of your lines, it is just making a connection with the App.) Enter in the Cell Phone number you will be making outbound calls with in the Field as shown below and click save!
