Create a custom greeting that will play for your callers just before it starts ringing. For example, use the Greeting feature to let your customers know that the call will be recorded (notice of calls being recorded is required in some states).
Follow the steps below to find out how to set it up!
Step 1. Click the 3 lines icon and then click Numbers.
Step 2. Ensure you have the right company selected up at the top and click the gear icon.
Step 3. Click Show More.
Step 4. Toggle the Play Greeting on Select Greeting by uploading an mp3 file or Use Text Greeting.
Step 5. Click Update Number and you're done!
