For the texts for answered calls you need to start with this Developer Link for the Zapier Integration.
Log in to Zapier here and then set it up as shown.
At one point it will ask you to Login to PhoneWagon. For this you will need to use the Client ID and Key.
Find this by clicking Account in the Bottom Left corner, then select the gear Icon.
Then click the general Tab
