If you are looking to ensure your leads are getting in contact with you, setting up the forwarding lines is essential before you are able to receive calls. Forwarding lines are where you will receive the incoming calls that are calling into your tracked lines or “Campaigns”.

Step 1. Click the triple line icon on the left side menu
Step 2. Navigate to Forwarding Lines
Step 3. Click Add Line in the upper right corner
Step 4. Give your Forwarding Line a Name and enter the phone number in the Line Number field, then click Add Line.
Your newly created Forwarding Line will populate in the list on the Forwarding Lines main screen.
Once your Forwarding Lines have been created, they will be available for selecting within the Tracked Lines/Numbers Routing settings.
