PhoneWagon features outbound calling and texting capabilities from your tracked lines. Convert more leads and provide better support by having a centralized location for communication. See below for how to start a new conversation or respond to a previous caller!

Step 1: Click the Inbox View on the Left Menu

Step 2: To make and outbound call/text click New Conversation. To return a call/text, select the caller. Both are shown below.

Clicking New Conversation will pop out a keypad for you to dial the number you wish you call or text.

Step 3: Click to call or text!

It's that simple! The conversation for that caller will open on the right side of the call list, in the middle of the Inbox view. From there you can select the blue phone icon to make a call, or type in the message field and hit the arrow to send a text message.
