With PhoneWagon, you are able to ensure all your leads can get in contact with your organization!

Incoming calls to your PhoneWagon tracked line can be forwarded in the following ways:

  • Custom Call Flow (creating an IVR for example)

  • Simple Forward (to a landline or mobile)

Follow below to see how to easily route your PhoneWagon tracked lines!

Step 1. Click the triple line icon on the left side menu

Step 2. Navigate to Numbers

Step 3. Choose the number (tracked line) to route and click the gear icon on the right

Step 4. You will see the details of the tracked line pop up on the right. Click the Routing drop down menu to one of the following:

  1. Search for or Select a Forwarding Line, Call Flow or User (for using our Seats feature)

  2. Add a new Forwarding Line

  3. Choose No Routing

Step 5. Click Update Number to save!
