Here is an explanation of each column as it appears in your dashboard, along with a video walk through of everything you need to know!


Campaign: The name of your campaign.
Caller:  The name and number of who called. The true caller ID name will be displayed if available from their provider.
Status: First time or Repeat caller
Dialed: The PhoneWagon number the person called.
Destination: Where the call was ultimately routed to
Duration: The length of the call
Time: The date and time of the call
Rec: The recording of the call (if enabled)
Tag: Allows you to create and assign labels to the calls
Source: Where the caller came from (dynamic only)
Landing Page: The page the caller called from (dynamic only)
