If there is ever a reason that you would like to port your tracked numbers away from PhoneWagon, please follow the steps below.
Contact the carrier who you are porting to, they will be the ones who will initiate the entire porting process.
Reach out to email@example.com, or live chat us with a list of number that you are porting away. We will use this to approve the port. If we do not have a ticket from you, we will reach out, but please note this will delay the process. Note: you must be an Admin or Account Owner to approve the port away.
Once you have confirmed that the number has ported away from PhoneWagon (you can do so by doing a test call and making sure it appears in the new system you are using), notify PhoneWagon to disable the numbers or close your account.
