If there is ever a reason that you would like to port your tracked numbers away from PhoneWagon, please follow the steps below.
- Contact the carrier who you are porting to, they will be the ones who will initiate the entire porting process.
- Reach out to email@example.com, or live chat us with a list of number that you are porting away. We will use this to approve the port. If we do not have a ticket from you, we will reach out, but please note this will delay the process. Note: you must be an Admin or Account Owner to approve the port away.
- Once you have confirmed that the number has ported away from PhoneWagon (you can do so by doing a test call and making sure it appears in the new system you are using), notify PhoneWagon to disable the numbers or close your account.
